At the beginning they were really good, responded to support issues quickly and generally provided a good service. After a few months the service slowly got worse. Whilst the site is still their and am sure people are still signing up it seems like they have just disappeared whilst leaving the \'on\' switch \'on\'. I recently moved all my stuff away from them, but it did take up alot of my valuable time. Obviously it didn\'t make Rosie very happy, but I have learnt my lesson!
